am (june 23), i went jogging around the neighborhood. unfortunately, i got lost on the
way back and i ended  up asking directions from a spanish speaking family
on how to get home. just when i needed to speak the language, all my verbs and my vocabulary goes down the drain.

"Hola!"
>>> Hola!

"Una pregunta…Graham road, la direccion?"
>>> (the two women look at me with blank stares)

"Graham road - G-R-A-H-A-M uhm… (then i point to right and left)??

the hitch was, they couldnt understand my spanish.
luckily, the 7 year old son understood what i was saying. He translated to his mom and responded
to me in english.

"Graham road is that way!"
>>>>> GRACIAS!!!!!
